GROUP RESERVATION POLICIES:
1. Definition of a group consists of 15 or more persons seated together. Each group of 20 or more paid reservations receives complimentary admission for the group escort and driver per coach.
2. Please return a copy of the signed contract immediately. Your signature signifies your acceptance of this
contract. If signed contracts are not returned within 7 days, The Grand Palace has the right to automatically cancel the contract.
3. A $200.00 deposit is required 60 days prior to your scheduled date of performance. Again, The Grand Palace reserves the right to automatically cancel if the deposit is not received. If paying by check, please send payments to the address below. Please make checks payable to The Grand Palace.
4. Cancellation is accepted by written notification only, thirty days prior to your arrival for a full refund of your deposit. If cancellation occurs after the thirty days, your deposit is forfeited.
5. Final payment and final count is required 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If final payment and final count are not received, The Grand Palace reserves the right to automatically cancel your reservation, and you will forfeit your deposit.
6. In the event your group falls below 20 paid reservations, you forfeit the complimentary admission for the group escort and driver. In the event your group falls below 15 paid reservations, your price will increase to the Box Office rate.
7. Credit card statements will show The Grand Palace. for reservations made at The Grand Palace.
8. Upon arrival, your group will be greeted by one of our group hosts. They will distribute a ticket to each passenger. This will be their assigned seat for the show. Your assistance in this policy is most helpful.
9. The Grand Palace is not liable for the content, run time, or audio levels of the show.
10. Any alteration to contract not approved and initialled by Group Sales Department will cause contract to be null and void.
